While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, we strive to keep your service on the same day and within a similar time window whenever possible. If you would like, we can also notify you when we are on the way.
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard through a gate or other entry point, you do not need to be home.
Many of our customers are at work or away during service. We simply ask that any gate be unlocked or that you provide us with the necessary access instructions.

No problem. Just contact us by phone, text, or email before your scheduled service date and we will skip that visit.

We keep all access information secure and only use it to complete your scheduled service.
Please note that access to the yard is required for service. If we arrive and cannot access the yard, a $15 missed visit fee may apply.
We work in most weather conditions, including light rain and colder temperatures.
If there is severe weather that makes service unsafe, such as heavy storms, lightning, flooding, snow, or ice, we may delay service until conditions improve.
If weather causes a delay, we will contact you and reschedule your service as soon as possible.
If we are unable to safely service your yard due to severe weather, we may reschedule your visit for the next available day.
Because the following visit may take significantly longer, regular service charges still apply. However, we always communicate any schedule changes in advance.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we accidentally miss an area or you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right.

You will receive invoices and payment confirmations electronically.
Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 7 days may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

We work during daylight hours. As long as there is enough light, we are still on schedule.

After cleaning your yard, we place the pet waste in a sealed scented bag to help reduce odor and dispose of it in your outdoor trash can.
At this time, we do not haul pet waste away from the property.
Yes. We must be able to access your backyard through an exterior gate or entry point.
We are unable to service areas that require entering through your home, apartment, or garage.
